Transfer Cancellation Policy
Contact us as early as possible when a confirmed transfer must be cancelled or changed.
Cancelling a transfer
Please cancel as early as possible, preferably at least 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time.
Early notice allows the reserved vehicle and driver schedule to be released.
Changing the booking
Changes to the date, flight, hotel, passenger count or luggage must be checked before they are accepted.
A different destination or vehicle may change the confirmed price.
Flight schedule changes
Send updated flight information through WhatsApp as soon as the airline confirms a schedule change.
Unable to find the driver
Use the confirmed WhatsApp contact before leaving the meeting area or arranging alternative transport.
