Service scope
Hurghada-Transfer.com arranges private airport-to-hotel, hotel-to-airport and round-trip transfers.
Transfers are provided by the vehicle and operational supplier assigned to the confirmed booking.
Booking confirmation
A request is not confirmed until the customer receives an explicit confirmation containing the route, date, vehicle and price.
Customer information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate flight, hotel, passenger, luggage and contact information.
Passengers and luggage
The selected vehicle must be suitable for the number of passengers and the declared luggage. Undeclared oversize luggage or additional passengers may require a different vehicle and price.
Changes and delays
Schedule, flight, hotel and passenger changes must be reported as early as possible and remain subject to availability.
Cancellations
Cancellations should be made as early as possible. The separate cancellation policy forms part of these terms.

Reasonable care is taken to keep route, price and service information accurate. Confirmed booking details take precedence over general website content.
