How the recommended pickup time is calculated

For Hurghada Hotels, the recommended hotel pickup is exactly three hours before the scheduled flight departure.

For destinations outside Hurghada Hotels, the route travel duration is added to the three-hour airport allowance. The conservative upper end of the approved route-time range is used.

The booking offers only the recommended time, 30 minutes earlier or 30 minutes later.
